Briefs

What's in a brief

One page with the company, the people and how to open the conversation.

A brief is one page about one meeting. It arrives by email and opens in full on the meeting page in the app, in the language you pick in Settings.

  • This call in one line: who the meeting is with and what matters most, plus Aim for, the next step to ask for.
  • Open with: one or two openers grounded in the research.
  • Questions to ask: three questions that make the buyer think about their situation.
  • Avoid: one or two risks or topics to handle with care.
  • One card per person researched: role, time in the role and background.
  • The company now: what they sell and to whom, their market and listing, and what changed lately, with dates.
  • Sources: the links the research used.

On the meeting page, Copy brief copies the brief to paste anywhere, and Open in Google Calendar opens the event.
