What PrepMeet does
PrepMeet reads the events on your Google Calendar to find meetings with people outside your company, researches those companies and people using public sources, and sends you a brief. It drafts reminders and follow-ups that you can send from your Gmail after you approve them.
Data from your Google account
- Calendar (read-only): event title, time, guest names and emails, and the event link. We don't create, edit or delete events.
- Gmail (send only): used only to send a message you approved. PrepMeet can't read your inbox.
PrepMeet's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We don't sell this data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general AI models.
Information about the people you meet
Briefs contain professional information from public sources and licensed business data providers, such as role, employer and published work. We don't collect private or sensitive personal information. Anyone can ask us to delete information about them by writing to privacy@getprepmeet.com.
Service providers
We use Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI processing through the Claude API), Resend (emails PrepMeet sends you) and Stripe (payments). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
Retention
Meetings, briefs and drafts are deleted 90 days after the meeting. Company research is deleted after 30 days. When you delete your account, we delete your data and revoke our access to your Google account.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data at any time, under the LGPD, the GDPR and similar laws. Write to privacy@getprepmeet.com.
