What's new in PrepMeet

Every release that changes something you see, newest first.

  1. A first look at Radar

    • See how Radar will track the accounts you want to win: a preview with a fictional company, blurred because it isn't live yet.
    • Get early access from Radar in the app menu, and tell us which signals you want first.
    • The help center and what's new are now linked from every page, including sign-in, and from the app menu.
Read the guide: Radar: coming soon
  2. The help center is live

    • Short guides for every part of PrepMeet, in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
    • What's new sits at the top of the help center and grows with every release.
    • Find it under Help in the app menu and in the site footer.
  3. Essential briefs on the trial and Basic, full briefs on Pro

    • The trial and Basic get the essential brief: the company, what changed and who is in the room.
    • Pro and Team get the full brief: results, hiring, challenges ahead, awards and media, the tools they use and common ground with you.
    • Full briefs research up to 4 people per meeting. Essential briefs, up to 2.
    • On an essential brief, the Pro sections show locked, so you can see what Pro adds.
Read the guide: Essential and full briefs
  4. More reliable briefs

    • Long briefs no longer get cut off halfway.
    • A brief that fails waits for you to click Try again, instead of retrying on its own.
    • Meetings where every outside guest uses a personal address, like Gmail or Outlook, no longer get an automatic brief. Prepare now still works on them.
Read the guide: Prepare now and Try again
  5. A new website

    • A new home page that shows the brief, the reminder and the follow-up as they reach your inbox.
    • Prices with a monthly and yearly switch.
    • An integrations page where you can vote for the next one.
    • Coming soon pages for Radar, Ads, LinkedIn and courses, each with a waitlist.
Read the guide: Integrations available now and coming soon
  6. A new look for the app and the sign-in page

    • Home puts your day in order: drafts to approve first, then the meetings coming up.
    • Once the call is over, the meeting page shows the follow-up first, then the brief.
    • A side menu on desktop and a menu drawer on your phone.
    • A sign-in page with Continue with Google.
Read the guide: Follow-ups after the call
  7. See what you pay before you change plans

    • Every plan change shows what you pay today, or the credit you get, before you confirm.
    • When your calendar outgrows Basic, we show whether Pro costs less than Basic plus extra briefs.
    • On a monthly plan, we show what you save by paying yearly.
Read the guide: Change your plan and what you pay today
  8. Plans and secure checkout

    • Subscribe to Basic, Pro or Team, monthly or yearly, on Stripe's secure checkout.
    • Buy 10 extra briefs when the month runs out.
    • Update your card, see invoices, edit company details or cancel in Manage billing.
    • Prices in reais in Brazil and in US dollars everywhere else.
Read the guide: Plans and brief quotas
  9. Research that knows the market

    • The full brief researches each account through the sources of its market: SEC filings in the US, B3 and CVM in Brazil, local exchanges and regulators in Spanish-speaking countries.
    • Briefs show the company's market and stock listing.
    • People are searched in the language of their market.
Read the guide: Where brief data comes from
  10. PrepMeet in English, Portuguese and Spanish

    • The site, the app, the emails and the briefs in three languages.
    • New accounts get briefs in the language they used on the site. Change it anytime in Settings.
    • Your time zone comes from Google Calendar the first time you connect.
