Prepare now and Try again

Every upcoming meeting without a brief has a Prepare now button on Home, and Prepare it now on its own page. Click it and PrepMeet prepares the brief right then and emails it to you as usual.

A brief you prepare counts toward your briefs for the month, like any other. A brief that fails doesn't count.

When a brief fails

The meeting shows Brief failed on Home, and its page says what went wrong. PrepMeet doesn't retry on its own. Click Try again when you want another attempt.
