PrepMeet brand guidelines
Logo, colors, type and how we talk. For press, partners and affiliates who write about PrepMeet.
Logo
The mark is a checked box: the meeting is prepared. The check is the only blue in the logo.
- Leave clear space of at least half the mark's height around the logo.
- Minimum size: 16 px for the mark, 96 px wide for the full logo.
- Keep the check blue and the box in ink, or in white on dark backgrounds.
- Don't stretch, rotate, outline, shade or recolor the logo.
- Use a plain light or dark background, never a busy photo.
- Write the name as PrepMeet: one word, capital P and M.
Colors
White or black backgrounds. Blue only where PrepMeet delivers value: the main button, the brief, the check. One blue thing per screen.

How we talk
We write like a seller who has been in the room: short, specific and honest.
Specific
Name the company, the person, the date.
Say Ana came from Kestrel Logistics, one of your customers.
Don't say Unlock AI-powered insights for your pipeline.
Short and active
Short sentences. The subject does the action.
Say PrepMeet reads your calendar.
Don't say Your calendar is analyzed by our platform.
Human, not hype
No buzzwords, no exclamation marks, no promises we can't show.
Say Your next big meeting is already on the calendar.
Don't say Revolutionize your sales game!
Honest
Every number has a source. Examples are marked as fictional. No customer logo without permission.
Say Halvorsen Freight and its people are fictional.
Don't say Trusted by 10,000+ sales teams.
No em dashes. One idea per sentence. Talk to the reader as "you".
About PrepMeet, ready to paste
PrepMeet sends B2B salespeople a one-page brief before every external meeting and drafts the follow-up after it, in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
PrepMeet is a meeting preparation assistant for B2B account executives and SDRs. It reads the seller's calendar and, a day before each external meeting, sends a one-page brief: who will be in the room, what changed at the company and how to open the conversation. After the call, the follow-up is already written and leaves from the seller's own email only after approval. PrepMeet works in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
