Invoices, payment and currency

Manage billing on the Plan page opens Stripe's billing page. There you can:

• Update your card.
• See your invoices.
• Change your company name, email, address and tax ID, like a CPF, CNPJ or VAT number.
• Cancel your plan.

PrepMeet doesn't store your card. Stripe handles every payment.

Currency

• Customers in Brazil pay in reais. Everyone else pays in US dollars.
• Before your first payment, your country decides. When we can't tell the country, the Portuguese site shows reais.
• After your first payment, your account stays in that currency.

If a payment fails

We email you once and the Plan page shows a warning. Update your card in Manage billing. Your briefs keep coming for now.
