Cancel your plan
Cancel on Stripe's billing page. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
- Open Plan in the app menu.
- Under Payment and invoices, click Manage billing.
- On Stripe's billing page, cancel the plan. Stripe asks for a reason so we can learn from it.
The plan stays active until the end of the period. The Plan page shows the end date, and you keep access until then.
After that date, briefs, reminders and follow-ups stop. You can still sign in, and choose a plan again at any time.
Tip
Want a cheaper plan instead? Switch to Basic on the Plan page. The review step shows the credit for your next invoice before you confirm.
