What we store and for how long
Only what the brief and the follow-up need. Meetings go after 90 days, research after 30.
What we store
- Your account: name, email, time zone, brief language and plan.
- From your calendar, only meetings with people from outside your company: title, time, guest names and emails, and the event link.
- What PrepMeet writes for you: briefs, reminders and follow-ups, plus the notes you add after a call.
- Company research, so the same company isn't researched again within the week.
- Your Google access, encrypted.
For how long
- Meetings, with their briefs, drafts and notes, are deleted 90 days after the meeting.
- Company research is deleted after 30 days.
The services that process data for us, like hosting, AI, email and payments, are listed in the privacy policy.
