Why didn't a meeting get a brief?
Go through these checks in order. Most have a one-click fix.
- Is the meeting on Home?
- If not, it may have only people from your company, be an all-day event, sit on a calendar other than your main one, be more than 7 days away, or be one you declined. Just added it? Click Refresh calendar.
- Does it say Brief failed?
- Click Try again. Failed briefs aren't retried on their own.
- Are all outside guests on personal addresses?
- Gmail, Outlook and similar addresses don't get an automatic brief. Click Prepare now.
- Is it more than a day away?
- The brief arrives about a day before. Need it sooner? Click Prepare now.
- Do you have briefs left?
- The app menu shows how many you've used. When they run out, buy extra briefs or move up a plan.
- Is your trial or plan active?
- When the trial ends or a plan is canceled, briefs stop. Choose a plan on the Plan page.
- Did you remove PrepMeet's access to Google?
- Without it, PrepMeet can't read your calendar. Sign out, sign in again with Continue with Google and allow calendar and Gmail.
