PrepMeet
Getting started

Create your account and connect Google

One Google sign-in creates the account and connects your calendar and Gmail.

PrepMeet works on top of your Google Calendar and Gmail. There's no separate password: signing in with Google creates your account.

  1. On getprepmeet.com, click Start free.
  2. Pick the Google account that holds your work calendar.
  3. When Google asks, allow both: calendar read-only and Gmail send-only.
  4. You land on Home in the app, and PrepMeet starts on your first brief.
Tip

Use your work Google account. PrepMeet compares each guest's email domain with yours to find the people from outside your company. If you sign in with a personal address, like a Gmail one, every guest counts as external.

Good to know

If Google didn't share calendar access, Home shows a warning with Connect Google again. Click it and allow calendar and Gmail when Google asks.

Your free trial starts when the account is created: 5 days and 5 briefs, no card.
