Approve and send: what leaves your Gmail
Nothing goes to your guests until you click. What we send, and what we never do.
Every email to your guests waits for you. It leaves only when you click Approve and send from Gmail: from your own Gmail, to the guests from outside your company on that meeting.
Tip
The drafts are plain text, in your brief language, signed with your first name. Edit the subject and the message before you approve, as you would any email.
Emails PrepMeet sends you
- The brief for each meeting.
- A heads-up when a reminder or follow-up is ready to approve.
- A note if a payment doesn't go through.
They come from briefs@getprepmeet.com, in your brief language.
What we never do
- Send anything to your guests without your click.
- Read, search or delete your email. Gmail access is send-only.
- Create, change or delete calendar events. Calendar access is read-only.
- Post or send messages on LinkedIn.
